I’ve been a loyal customer of Christian Brothers Automotive for years, and today’s experience was another reminder why. Matthew, the technician who helped us, was exceptional. He was attentive, took the time to thoroughly explain the inspection report, highlighted the main areas of concern, and communicated with us throughout the day. He truly went above and beyond to help us understand what was going on with our car and the best path forward for repairs. We’re so grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and care. Thank you, Matthew, and thank you to the entire Christian Brothers Automotive team in Surprise!

After using Christian Brothers Automotive twice this year, I can confidently say they have earned a customer for life. Tyler and the entire team are everything you hope to find in an auto repair shop: honest, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. From the first phone call to picking up our vehicle, their communication was exceptional. They kept us informed throughout the entire repair process, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell us on repairs we didn't need. What impressed me most was that they finished the work ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. Their pricing was very fair, and the workmanship has been outstanding. It's rare these days to find a shop that combines integrity, excellent customer service, fair pricing, and top-notch repairs, but Christian Brothers Automotive does exactly that. This Escalade means a lot to our family, and knowing it's in the hands of people we trust gives us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you, Tyler, and everyone at Christian Brothers Automotive, for going above and beyond. We'll absolutely be back for any future service, and I'll recommend your shop to every friend, family member, and client who asks

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I brought my Jeep Compass in to have the radiator repaired, and Matthew and his team took excellent care of me from start to finish. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their outstanding customer service. They offered me a ride to and from work, which made the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free. It’s not often that you find an auto repair shop that goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. Matthew and his team were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing a positive experience. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the level of service they provided. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and customer-focused auto repair service. Thank you again, Matthew and team, for taking such great care of me!

Christian Brothers Automotive really blessed me today. I am a disabled senior citizen who cares for my 31 year old disabled son. Times have been challenging in this economy, to say the least. This company not only picked my vehicle up from my home but also brought it back to me after they fixed it but the biggest surprise was when they returned my vehicle they brought me a rose and the paperwork showing they didn’t charge me a thing. It would have cost me $405.00 in total to repair but they chose to help me and bless me today. I am crying so many happy tears today. If you would like a recommendation, this is it. Excellent customer service with a heart of gold. My heart is full. Thanks guys. You are the best!

I had a very disappointing experience with the Christian Brothers Automotive location. My car was picked up on December 3rd for warranty work and engine timing repairs. I was repeatedly given inaccurate completion dates and poor communication throughout the process. When I finally got the car back in early January, it quickly broke down again due to a failed timing component that destroyed the engine. While they did take responsibility and replace the engine, the issues continued. Between January and February, I dealt with ongoing delays, conflicting updates, and multiple new problems after each "repair," including oil leaks, overheating (due to an improperly installed radiator hose), and electrical issues. My car had to be towed multiple times shortly after being returned. On top of that, my rear hatch was returned damaged, and additional damage appeared later. Despite bringing this up, I still have no resolution as of April 22nd. Overall, this experience involved months of delays, repeated breakdowns, poor communication, and unresolved damage. I would not recommend this location.
